Roles and people are not billed: reading, correcting and approving is not an extra line item.
Volume
In ongoing operation you book a monthly volume; beyond that we bill per additional assessment.

Three packages
The entry is guided, operation runs on volume, scale is negotiated.
Pilot
A guided start with a fixed review scope, an outcome with cited sources and a named contact. Volume and amount are fixed in writing before the start.
Ongoing
Monthly volume for recurring reviews: first run, re-assessment and follow-up requests in the same review set. Users unlimited.
Enterprise
Volume or an unlimited review scope, plus the requirements your operation brings. What is available today and what is not is on the security and data processing page.
Pilot
What the pilot contains
- A defined review set: the number of assessments and the duration are fixed in writing up front.
- One run on your documents for one provider, not a demo data set.
- The views on real documents, including the points where the system hits its limits.
- A readout that can carry the decision about scaling.
- A fixed amount for the pilot before you upload any data.
Scope
What is not in the price
- Connections to your systems: Leapfacto reads uploaded documents and does not access your environment.
- Running inside your own infrastructure: processing runs on our service, not in your data centre.
- Training and rollout beyond the pilot: we agree those separately when they come up.
- Whatever you use more of later, you pay for later: there is no upfront block that expires unused.

Common questions
Why are there no amounts on this page?
Because we do not publish a figure we cannot support. Volume and amount are fixed in writing before the start, before you upload any documents. A supported number beats silence, an invented one is the worst case.
What is the billing unit?
The assessment: one provider, one run. We do not bill seats, because the number of reviewers says nothing about the value.
Does a re-assessment count as a separate assessment?
Yes. A repeat run is its own review and is covered by the volume you have booked.
What if the pilot shows less than expected?
Then we say so and you decide against scaling. The pilot is set up so that this decision is possible after a few weeks.
